How to reach the publisher of this site

One email address, no form, and nothing collected beyond what you choose to write.

Email

Write to info@prospectnetwork.online. That address reaches the people who publish this site. There is no contact form anywhere on Prospect Network and no chat widget, because a form would mean collecting and storing information we have no need for. Your message arrives as an ordinary email and is handled as described in our privacy policy.

We read everything and reply to messages that need a reply, usually within a few working days. Please include the address of the page you are writing about — it makes corrections much faster.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. Something factually wrong, out of date, or unclear on a page. This is the most useful kind of message we receive.
  • Questions about the advertising on this site — who pays us, what it does and does not influence. The disclosure page answers most of it.
  • Privacy requests — access to or correction of any personal information we hold, which in practice means correspondence you have sent us.
  • Suggestions for the guides. A question you could not find a plain answer to anywhere is a good candidate for a page here.

What we cannot help with

We are a publisher, not a vendor and not a support service. We cannot access, change or cancel anybody's subscription with any software company, we cannot issue refunds, and we hold no customer accounts of any kind. If your question is about a product, the vendor's own support channel is the only place it can be answered — sign in to the account you hold with them rather than using contact details from an email or a search advertisement.

We also cannot provide individual technical or legal advice. For a device or account problem, the Australian Cyber Security Centre publishes step-by-step guidance and operates a reporting channel. For something that looks like a scam, report it to Scamwatch and contact your bank immediately if money was involved. For a consumer dispute with a seller, start with your state or territory fair trading office, and see our guide to consumer rights.

What happens to your message

Email you send us is stored in our mailbox, read by the editorial team, and kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on corrections, after which it is deleted. It is not added to any list, because there is no list. We do not send marketing email and have no newsletter to subscribe to.
